Use our easy online process to print your free prepaid return label. We also offer free home pick up as part of your return*. Start your return below:
*Eligibility verification and instructions for scheduling pickup will be determined when you request your pick-up on USPS.com. If you are ineligible for pick-up you can send your return back via your local post office. Instructions for how to schedule your pick-up can be found on your prepaid return label.
Online purchases cannot be returned to stores.
You have 60 days from when your online order ships to return it.
Please allow up to 7 business days for us to receive your return and an additional 5 business days for us to process your return. Once processed, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your order.
The refund is applied to your original form of payment within 4-7 business days from the date we process your return, but your financial institution may take up to 30 days to apply the funds.
We do not charge restocking fees for returns.
