Lost Packages
Does your package say delivered, but you didn’t receive it? Or, has the status of your package not changed for over 10 days? To let us know about the issue, including if an item arrived damaged, please file a claim through our Self-Service portal below. Once your claim has been filed, you will receive a claim status update via the email address on your order within 3-5 days. If you have already filed a claim, do not contact Customer Service as claims cannot be expedited. All claim decisions are final.
